What assumptions are made when including the word "condition" to a way of being (e.g. "autism spectrum condition")?
- This infers that the way of "being" is somehow a condition on the existence of the person described. Perhaps the experiencing of that person by another is "conditional" on the fact that the person interacting with them is in possession of that knowledge and that without it, the interacting person does not get a "true" picture or impression of the other.
